Terms and Conditions:


A 50% non- refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The final invoice of extras 2 days after the conference or accommodation dates is payable.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in times is 14h00 on the day of arrival and Check out time is 11h00.
All keys must be left in reception and lost keys carry a R120.00 penalty per key.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY:

Should you cancel/alter your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- 30 to 14 days prior to arrival: 25% of quoted amount will be charged
- 14 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of quoted amount will be charged
- Less than 6 days: 100% of quoted amount will be charged

Cancellations need to be confirmed in writing, no telephonic cancellations will be
accepted

The signature of this agreement binds the company/agents/booking agent.

Extra bookings/totals will be added to the bill.

The venue reserves the right to cancel the booking forthwith and without liability on its part in
the event of any damage or destruction of the allocated by means by fire or any other causes.

2 % Interest per week will be charged on late payments.
Phone calls, faxing and additional cost is not charged on the quotation and therefore will be
on the final bill tendered.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Utmost care is taken to prevent any losses.
No loss/or damages of such items and or property is the liability of Thula Manzi Guest Lodge
We reserve the right of admission.

In the event of legal action the client shall borne all costs.
This is a non-smoking venue and ample area is available outside the rooms and venue.

House Rules

1. No Smoking allowed in the Rooms and buildings:
- Smoking is a big fire risk at Thula Manzi, therefore it is not allowed in any of the building.
- If anyone is smoking in any of the buildings a charge of R300.00 will be added to your bill for cleaning.
- Smoking is only permitted outside of the buildings is a save area.

2. No candles or open flames allowed in any of the buildings. Candles and open flames is a big fire hazard and therefore not allowed.

3. Should you require dinner in the evenings, please arrange with the front office or manager on duty, it will be greatly appriceated if we can be notified before 4pm.

4. No parties and loud misic allowed after 6pm.

5. No Alcohol will be served after 9pm.

6. Sould you have guests over, please inform the fornt office or manager on duty. The security will not allow anyone through the gates if management hasn't approved it.
