Conference

The lodge can accommodate corporate clientele on a conferencing basis in one of two conference rooms. Both venues have male, female and wheelchair friendly bathroom facilities.

Conference room one, situated adjacent to the main house, is fully equipped with state of the art equipment which is inclusive of a flip chart and a data projector. The room can comfortably seat 30 in a u-shape setup and 40 in a school room setup.

The second conference room is located adjacent to the pool area and restaurant and has a seating capacity of 20 in u-shape format and 35 in school room format. The conference room has wooden doors opening onto the pool, is tiled and is equipped with a fireplace for the cold winter months. Scrumptious sweet treats are served with tea and coffee in the boma during the conference breaks. Breakaway areas can be provided within the main house of the lodge, and the venue has wireless network.

The current conference rates at Thula Manzi are priced competitively at R385 for a half day package with lunch, R350 for a half day package without lunch and R430 for a full day package.

Delicious buffet or al la carte meals are served to in house and conference guests in the 40 seater restaurant which overlooks the koi pond and landscaped gardens.
